The PolySense team has just published a new article on OSA Optics Letters Journal reporting on a novel multi-pass quartz-enhanced photoacoustic spectroscopy-based trace gas sensor . The multi-pass configuration allows the laser beam to pass through the QTF prong spacing six times. Compared to a conventional QEPAS measurement, the MP-QEPAS technique provided an enhancement of signal level 0f ~3.2 times.
